We will not tolerate audience members or performers who may be a danger to anyone at the venue, or create an unsafe environment. If you have any serious complaints or allegations against anyone we have worked with, please tell us through our contact form. You can do this anonymously and without evidence, and weβll do our best to investigate and take appropriate action.
We do our best to honour our promises, pay people what we agreed on time, and generally treat performers and audience fairly.
We do our best to support and build long-term relationships with the rest of the creative community. We believe no one should be expected to do their jobs for free but if you have something good you want us to help with, especially in Dundee, please get in touch!
We strive to create a diverse space that is welcoming to all. While we have limited control over the independent performers at our events, we aim not to work with anyone racist, homophobic, transphobic, etc. We reserve ultimate decision over what we consider offensive, but welcome all feedback. If you have been upset by anything youβve seen at one of our events, please get in touch and weβll address it.
We want our audiences to enjoy themselves while respecting the performers and the other audience members. We know this can be hard to judge, but as a rule, anyone who doesnβt stay quiet after being told to by the organisers will be ejected from the venue.
We aim to make our line-ups as diverse as possible and believe everyone should be given the chance to perform, regardless of background, as long as theyβre willing to work, respect their audience, and create something worth watching.
Please note that this Code of Conduct may be updated, and we reserve the right to take necessary actions to protect our audience, performers, and community, even if a specific scenario is not outlined here.
