Glaswegian Julia Sutherland was Fred MacAulay’s radio co-host when she stumbled into stand-up as part of an on-air stunt nearly a decade ago.

An experienced headliner and broadcaster, Julia’s debut solo show was commissioned as a half hour special on BBC Radio 4; she hosted ‘The Good The Bad and The Unexpected’, and ‘A Funny Kind of…’ on BBC Radio Scotland.

She also appeared on ‘Breaking The News‘ and ‘Radio 4 Extra Stands Up‘.
